Processing Details
Once your order is verified and your payment is approved, processing begins. This takes approximately 1 – 3 business days — not including weekends or holidays. After processing, All international orders are currently shipped from our offices in China. If an invalid address was provided at the time of order, you will receive an email from Customer Support Team requesting a new address to ship to which may prolong processing times.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Shipping Details

Customs clearance can also lead to delays in delivery. International Shipping Starts at $20
Express shipments are charged at a flat rate of $20.00 and sent using a courier service. Full tracking is available and a signature is required on delivery. If you are not home to receive the package a note will be left at your property to rearrange delivery.
Express shipments are much more likely to be inspected at customs when compared to the standard shipping method. Please refer to the International Customs and Duty Charges section of this page for further information.

Can I Ship to an Address Other Than My Own?
We welcome you to ship to another address other than your own. When you are ready to check out, enter the correct Billing Address matching your payment method. Enter the name and address of the recipient in the Shipping Address portion of your checkout.
Are there countries you do NOT ship to?
Yes. We DO NOT ship to the following countries: Albania, Algeria, Balkans, Belarus, Bolivia, Burma (Myanmar), Chile, Cote d’ Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guatemala, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe.
Shipping and Handling Are Non-Refundable
If the package is to become lost or stolen, please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
